ist. \nAuch wenn die Wahrscheinlichkeit daf\u00fcr, dass der Arbeitgeber aufgrund eines Widerspruchs die Abmahnung aus der Personalakte entfernt, sehr gering ist, kann zumindest angestrebt werden, Andererseits bietet die Unwiderruflichkeit der Freistellung jedoch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die in dem Muster genannten Anspr\u00fcche durch die Freistellung zu erf\u00fcllen und damit
